Truth or Myth?

I bet we all remember are grandma or mom nagging on us saying, ” no cookies until after dinner!” Did we listen? No, and that definitely spoiled are meal. But what if water melon could do the same?

I don’t know about you, but my mom always told me not to fill up on water melon. She said it’d spoil my dinner. How could it do that, I mean it’s good for you, right? Of course, however; watermelons are a water based fruit. They are very low in calories but they make you get fuller faster. We can officially label this one a truth, I guess mother does know best.

With that said be sure to keep water melon as a yummy snack, but not the main course.
